Joseph “Cuda” Simmons
Another addition to the extended TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale family came into the world on Thursday October 10th at 6:53 P.M. Joseph “Cuda” Simmons was born in Freeport, Bahamas just over a month after Hurricane Dorian swept through the Northern Bahamas. Gary and Gaby Simmons are the proud parents of baby Cuda who is destined to greatness in the Marine Towing and Salvage industry. TowBoatU.S. Director of Sales Barney Hauf noted “We have been fortunate to work with Gary Simmons for many years! He has helped us solve hundreds of Complex Marine Problems in the Northern Bahamas with his pragmatic approach to the business. I can’t remember a time when Gary called it quits on a job that was too difficult for him. No matter the severity of the salvage situation, Gary always prevails with perseverance, ingenuity and common sense. He is one of those guys that just does more with less!” Barney Continues “Cuda was just 6 weeks from delivery when his mom and dad were in full hurricane preparation mode. This sense of urgency along with his heritage is bound to have a profound affect in shaping his future. As I put my recruiting hat on, I welcome Cuda to call me when he is ready to go to work one day. I have a suspicion that we would be lucky to have him on our team!”
Congratulation to Gary and Gaby! Your family at TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale wishes you all the best!
