Jeff Hamilton is the latest person in a leadership role at TowBoatU.S. Fort Lauderdale to complete a Dale Carnegie training course. His graduation was notable as he was the recipient of the Highest Achievement Award. Jeff is the shop supervisor and manages up to 3 mechanic assistants. His crew is charged with the important job of keeping the company’s boats, trucks and other equipment in tip top shape. TowBoatU.S. Fort Lauderdale strongly believes in investing in the growth of their leaders. Crew members from the supervisory, management and Director ranks have completed this or other courses focused on providing specific tools that will help each of them be more effective in their daily roles as Managers, Mentors, Recruiters Trainers and Role Models.
