We don't require a cover letter to accompany your resume. Instead, we request that you send us a statement detailing why you are a good fit for the job. The following are the initial steps required to explore a career with TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale.
- Review the details of the job opening that is listed on our career opportunities page. Be sure that you feel your talents match the description of the person we are looking for.
- Take our Talent Assessment. Clicking on this link will take you to the talent assessment test page. Note that you will be required to pay $25.00 to take this assessment and the results are critical to match your talents to the position you are seeking. At the very least, the results of this assessment may help you learn a bit about your personal talents. Once you have completed the test, you will automatically be on the assessment results page and will be able to review a report that summarizes your talent profile, you will have the opportunity to send the completed report via email. - Send us an email at careers@towboatusftlauderdale.com. The email should include the following:
- A brief statement to let us know why you are a good fit for the job. This should be the body of the email.
- Attach your resume to your email making sure that your resume includes all of your current contact information.
- A copy of your talent assessment report.
- Please identify the position you are applying for in the subject line of the email.
